Amber Cerveny has begun her new responsibilities as development coordinator for Catholic Charities.
“Amber brings a great deal of enthusiasm and knowledge to her new position,” said Steven Roach, executive director of Catholic Charities. “She has expressed her genuine passion for the mission of Catholic Charities and is eager to put her faith in action.”
Cerveny previously worked as a philanthropy coordinator for Mercy Home for Boys and Girls in Chicago and served as a board member for Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago. In addition, while working for Kurtzman Carson Consultants in California, she spearheaded the development of the company’s philanthropic division, “KCCares.”
Cerveny has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame where she graduated magna cum laude.
