Novena to take place at cathedral in Springfield, beginning Nov. 30

A novena to honor the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary will be celebrated Nov. 30-Dec. 8 at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception each evening at 7 p.m. except on Dec. 8 when the novena will conclude with the 5:15 p.m. Mass for the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception.
